India's 71st independence day is already around the corner and people are full of patriotism. Minister of State for Human Resource Development Mahendra Nath Pandey has launched a video directed by Govind Nihalani featuring vetran actor Amitabh Bachchan and a bunch of school going differently abled students with a backdrop of Red Fort and Tricolor. What makes this 3:35 minutes video exclusive is that the Indian National Anthem has been sung in Indian Sign Language.
