Lord Buddha’’ was born in 600 B.C. in Kapilvastu. His father’s name was Suddhodhana. His Mother died on the seventh day of his birth. He was named, Siddhartha. He used to keep himself in raj-mahal’’ (Palace). He did not know about Trouble, Sorrows, Illness, Poverty, etc. Once, He wentaround the town, There he saw an old man, A patient and a dead body. He could not see anyone in trouble. His eyes got filled with tears on seeing pitiable life of these people. This was the time he started thinking about the mystery of life.

A GREAT SEARCH "SPIRITUALITY". In present scenario, each and every man wants luxury in life. Everyone wants physical comfort they don't want to bear any type of sorrow and pain. But in India there have been many great's who sacrificed their lives and all comforts for the welfare of human beings. Lord Buddha was one of them.

He was a great spirit. He was the man who was curious to know about "Jeevan Chakra?? (Life Cycle). Everyone wonders about the mysterious life and the purpose of life itself. But Buddha went beyond sacrificed his princely comforts to get the answers. What is life? Why we face sorrows? Why we get bounded with material world? Why we proceed to "budhapa"? These are the questions for which nobody had right and satisfactory answer.

He Was Married To A Virtues Lady Of That Time, Named "Yashodhara??. This Lady Gave Birth To A Pretty Son Named Rahul.But, One Night, "Lord Buddha?? left his wife and son behind and went to the forest.

In His time, People badly misused religion for their selfish motives. Disparities Prevailed Between The Low And High Classes. Human?s Survival Was Pathetic.

After Seeing All This, He Practiced Penance In The Forest For Six Years. In Gaya, Under A "bodhi-tree??. He Realized The Truth And About "Jeevan-Mrityu Chakra?? (Cirle of Life and Death). Hence He Was Called "Buddha??.

After this "Tapasya"? He became physically very weak. A young girl named ?Sujata? offered him "Kheer??. After Eating It His Numb Body Came To Life.

He Then Went Preaching Truth And Non-Violence. He started his journey to bring peace and happiness in life of human beings. He spread the message of love and brotherhood in the world.

He was such a great person who sacrificed his whole life for the welfare and prosperity of human beings.

He was one of the representators of Indian culture. Due to such moral deeds and teachings Buddha is also reffered to as "Jagat-Guru" (world teacher).
