On top of the World

Hillary was a mountaineer from New Zealand and Tenzing a local Sherpa.Together they braved the cruellest weather conditions and biting cold to climb the world’s tallest mountain peak,Mount Everest ,in 1953 .They were not the first to try .But their was the first successful attempt .earlier,Malory and Irving had died during their effort to scale Everest in 1924.
