Journey to Many Lands

Ibn Battuta was a fourteenth century scholar and traveller from Morocco .He spent nearly thirty years visiting the known Islamic world ,Africa,the Middle East,India ,central Asia and even China . He wrote a book about his travels called The Journey or Rihla ,in Arabic. It tells us about the lands he visited and the people who lived there.It also helped map makers.
