Greenland, Here I Come!
Red –bearded Eric was a viking from Iceland. He was banished for three years for killing someone. Eric spent, Those years exploring the northern seas. One such voyage he found a new land. When his exile ended he went back and told his people stories of a new “Green land” that would be ideal for settlements. Many were poor and hungry in Iceland. So they sailed with Eric the Red to settle in Greenland.
